I have been a therapist for 13 years and have worked with individuals and couples with a variety of issues from relationship problems, trauma, substance abuse, mood disorders, thought disorders, and personality disorders. My experience includes working on an inpatient women's trauma unit, substance abuse hospital, teletherapy, and psychiatric hospitals. I have worked as a therapist, clinical director, and an executive in behavioral health and bring extensive experience working with a diverse group of people. I am trained to utilize several therapy techniques including CBT, DBT, CT, and EMDR.
