I will support Anyone through Anything, Anytime . I have experience working with grief, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and mood instability. I value working with all ages, genders, backgrounds, and orientations. As a person centered and solution focused therapist we will begin where you are and move toward mental wellness. EMDR/CBT are effective tools to address concerns.
