I specialize in treating adolescents and young adults with behavioral and relationship issues related to anxiety, depression or mood disorder. Teens nowadays are confronted with stressors and challenges that previous generations did not face and as such require unique understanding and approach. My approach to working with clients is highly person-centered and empathy-based. At the same time there is a recognition that when working with behaviorally challenged adolescents, compassionate reinforcement of boundaries and social norms is essential.
