I have decades of experience with using multiple gold standard treatment approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention. I am also an Advanced ADHD Specialist (I don't just treat the symptoms, but help you build sustainable systems for success).
