At Mystical Pathways, you will be taking this very step in your journey towards self-healing. I believe that the key to helping my client’s achieve a fully realized version of health is to take a holistic approach that incorporates mind, body, spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. I utilize a blend of trauma informed approaches, CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing to help my clients uncover and achieve their wellness goals.
