Hello! I am a directive and evidence-based therapist. My practice focuses on people who have survived trauma or struggle with the complexities of society. I am also skilled and honored to work with individuals who struggle in difficult situations. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have spent the last 8-years learning from the field, which has aided me in combining the most modern practices such as EMDR, CPT, and CBT. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
