We are living in some very difficult times. It's hard to take it all in and find healthy ways to cope. My hope is that I'll be able to join you on your journey of healing by using therapeutic interventions and skill building. I will use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you understand how negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are linked. I use CPT and EMDR to work specifically with those who struggle with complex trauma.
