I am a licensed mental health counselor, supporting clients on their therapeutic journeys for nearly 5 years. I was initially drawn to therapy because of my curiosity and interest in the human experience as well as my struggles and journey with my mental health. I have had lots of incredible support and guidance while engaged in my own therapy over the years, and I wanted to impact my community in a similarly positive way.
