I know how hard it can be to admit when you need help—and even harder to accept it. I've been there. I understand that struggle firsthand. My own experience with a Mental Health Therapist changed my life, inspiring me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. At first, I wanted to understand human behavior—why we think, feel, and act the way we do—and how society shapes those experiences. But more than that, I wanted to learn real, proven ways to help people navigate life’s challenges, just like someone once helped me.
