I currently have openings in my parent group launching in March 2025, as well as in my adult interpersonal group. I am a certified group psychotherapist, with extensive experience working with groups. A therapy group provides you with a safe-enough sandbox to explore your interpersonal strengths, challenges, and patterns. The parent group is therapy group where all the group members are parents, and the discussion of parenting is a theme. We will share ideas and experiences, as well as discuss how our life experiences have informed our parenting.
