I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience working with adults and adolescents. My way of working with others is eclectic and also grounded in both a cognitive behavioral approach and a biopsychosocial approach in working with people. I focus on the here and now and view the person in the context of the individual, their experiences, their interactions, as well as their psychological and physical health. I enjoy helping people with challenges or difficulties they may face and I consider it an honor to be entrusted with this help.
