Everyone feels stuck sometimes. No two paths to feeling okay are the same, and the correct way to live your life is something only you can decide. Figuring things out is rarely easy, and is made much harder by things like anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I will work with you to discover the resources you have within yourself to feel better and take on the necessary hardships of life with direction and newfound strength. You will find therapy with me conversational, with goals typically involving figuring out more helpful thought patterns and ways to tolerate difficult emotions.
