About
Research indicates that the most important factor in psychotherapy may be the alliance between client and therapist. It makes sense that any individual, couple or family would reflect heavily on this aspect of their search. Initial consultations are about providing a uniquely safe, private space for the client(s) to share thoughts, questions, feelings or concerns. Clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, couples issues, and men’s issues are the most frequently seen in my practice. I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients to improve relationship issues; resolve general or acute anxiety and depression; mitigate stressors brought on by life transitions; work through grief and loss; decrease symptoms associated with ADHD - - and more.
