I’m Michael, a licensed psychotherapist, competitive athlete, and nonprofit founder, deeply committed to helping people overcome obstacles and build fulfilling, meaningful lives. My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, and men’s issues. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages—from children to older adults—as well as couples and families.
