I am passionate about supporting parents, and caregivers who are navigating postpartum, adjustment periods or unplanned parenting stressors and or challenges. I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating chronic illness, anxiety, depression, infidelity, trauma, grief, perinatal mental health, and relationship issues.
