I am a Mental Health counselor and Master's level addictions and trauma therapist who specializes in TEENS and ADULTS. I have a reputation for being able to help the toughest cases, particularly women with trauma. I use the Neuro-Affective Relational Model and EMDR to help my clients overcome the things in their past that are holding them back from living free. I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged to help people everyday. I am personally in recovery, which means that I actually live the life that I am helping people achieve. We have multiple teen programs as well.
