As a therapist my primary goal is to help guide individuals, families, and/or couples to the place they want to be, and to live the life that they envision for themselves. My approach is to build a positive rapport with the individuals I work with, gain a clear and deep understanding of what they are looking to achieve through therapy, then generate a plan that will help make said goal(s) be not only achievable, though sustainable as well. I utilize CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy as a means to make progress a reality.
