Hello, my name is Michael Pantiel, and I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 30 years. I have used behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic approaches in my therapy. Over the years, one learns that not all people respond to one approach. I tend to be goal-oriented as I want to help the client achieve their goals in coming to therapy. People don’t understand how complicated therapy can be with so many levels when they begin the process of therapy.
