I work with adult men and women, as well as couples. I help clients understand where they have come from and the ways they pursue relationships and how that has contributed to what feels safe. Often, as we grow older, those ways of relating no longer keep us safe or provide the necessary space for real intimacy to grow. If you find yourself anxious, depressed, or struggling to understand how you function in relationship, exploring these roots can lead to healing and change. Clients value my here-and-now feedback and partnership in exploring the difficult parts of themselves.
