Life is inherently unpredictable. How do we navigate unforseen obstacles when they arise? How do we make sense of and begin to process the unfathomable when we are blindsided by it? And how can we overcome our own stuck points so that we can live more purposeful, happier lives given complex issues that may present themselves? You may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or other challenges along the way. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to help you process, learn, and overcome. As a contemplative psychotherapist, I am grounded in a psychodynamic relational approach. I integrate findings from neuropsychology, positive psychology, stress and trauma research with contemplative healing insights and methods such as meditation (mindfulness, compassion), breath work, and imagery to help clients like you heal and thrive.
