I provide therapy for adults and couples who are working towards deeper clarity, connection and emotional freedom. I believe that we each have our own private language, and many of our struggles come from an inability to translate that language for ourselves and others. In order to do this, we have to understand our stories. I work in a deeply personal, compassionate and playful way with each person or couple to understand those languages to create a life filled with more connection, agency and vitality. We will explore your story, and how parts of yourself you may not be aware of are contributing to your sense of self.
