I'm Michael, a gay men's therapist. I help gay men thrive—not just survive. If you’re like many of my clients, life looks good on the outside, but inside it’s a different story: self-doubt, disconnection, and a sense that something’s missing. You want to feel confident and fulfilled, but you don’t know how. Dating feels confusing. Confidence feels out of reach. And sometimes, it’s easier to numb out than tune in. The truth?
