Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Orlando, FL. I received my Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for six years. I specialize in working with clients dealing with suicide, depression, low self-esteem, and those who are high-risk. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and humanistic. I believe in helping clients discover their strengths, which allows them to cultivate an improved sense of self. This, in turn, enhances daily functioning and helps them overcome everyday challenges. In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions to build rapport and create a warm, inviting environment. During this time, I’ll gather information to better understand the challenges you’re facing. This will help us develop a personalized plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
