I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. By searching for a therapist you have taken the first step to exploring your story. My approach to therapy is a wholistic and systemic approach. I work with individuals from the understanding that we are all impacted greatly by our families and the environment in which we live. I also focus on working with families and couples to improve a healthy relationship that is mutually beneficial. I work with my clients on enhancing their strengths and working through challenges to live the life that they deserve.
