Greetings! My name is Michael Rosewood, and I’m so glad that you’re here! I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults, particularly individuals with ADHD or AuDHD. Many of my clients have lived experiences of complex trauma, chronic invalidation, or emotional neglect, and are seeking therapy that doesn't pathologize identity or neurotype. My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and grounded in nervous system awareness. Psychotherapy with me is a space where you don't need to mask, overexplain, or justify your experience to be taken seriously.
