As your therapist, I will always treat you with respect and empathy. I am active, supportive and nonjudgmental. Many of my clients have told me that I'm warm, easy to talk to, down to earth, and funny. I treat individuals and couples especially those dealing with depression, anxiety related issues, and social functioning issues. I also treat pre-adolescents and teenagers. I particularly enjoy the helping relationship between client and therapist. I am so thankful to do a job that I truly love. The therapeutic models that inform my practice include Client focused therapy, Schema Therapy, Self Psychology, and CBT.
