Hello! I believe in healing that comes through self-compassion, finding a voice, tending to what has been painful, and recognizing self-worth. I work with an awareness to the effects of trauma, and a value for internal strengths. I've been moved to read about being a highly sensitive person, about naming and valuing neurodivergence, about surviving codependency and recovering from shame. My background is in music therapy and spirituality. And I value inclusion and welcome, for cultural community, for LGBT experience, and for all the parts of ourselves longing for home and wholeness.
