My practice (Twin Suns Therapy) is accepting patients, but I have a waitlist 9/2/25 Hello! I am glad you have taken a step to better your mental health! I am primarily working with Adults at this time, but will work with children 14+. I use goal-oriented therapy that involves the individual in every step of the process. The modalities of therapy I use, are evidence-based (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.), which aim to decrease interfering thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as increase happiness and success in life. We will work together holistically to ensure we are addressing all aspects of your life that could affect mental health!
