Therapy is a time to reflect on, and adjust to, life issues. It's a time to explore how your thoughts and beliefs about yourself and the world color your emotional experiences today. Some people know exactly what they need, while others need to gently explore the cause and meaning of their discomfort and emotional pain. My task is to match what I do to this need and serve as a guide along the way. I have been in practice for over 25 years assisting individuals, groups, and families with all manner of behavioral health, relationship, and life problems.
