I am experienced in helping clients recapture the person they previously were. Many clients say to me, "I just want to go back to being the person I used to be", and that's exactly what we focus on. Clients also often say to me, "I just don't know what to do or what I want", and we work together until we figure out how to alleviate their confusion. We achieve this in various ways, most often through exploration of the presenting issues, examination of past relationships and significant experiences as well as decision-making and behavioral patterns.
