I start from the idea that we are all spiritual beings having a human experience and it’s this humanness that presents us with both unlimited abundance and challenges. Life can be complex and full at any age and most everyone is confronting an element of transition or change daily. Change, as we have all heard at one time or another, is the only constant in life. I believe we are motivated to change and evolve in life, that the Universe is nudging us to live more fully, with greater presence and gratitude. While the process of growth may not be necessarily simple, it is attainable to all of us.
