But not all therapeutic experiences look the same. No matter the approach, I hold the basic conviction that talking always helps. Even if it’s a bit uncomfortable sometimes. I help facilitate a safe environment to express both your thoughts and emotions. Understanding oneself requires us to face that critical inner voice or experience the unpleasant feelings that society asks us to ignore. There’s no right or wrong in the consulting room — as long as we try to say it aloud.
