I work with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. Many of the families I support feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to help their child, and are looking for a space where everyone can feel understood and supported. I offer in-person therapy in San Francisco and the East Bay. My work is grounded in attachment-based and emotionally focused therapy, with a warm, relationship-centered approach that helps children and families feel safer, more connected, and better able to navigate challenges together.
