As a play therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents to express themselves and heal using their primary language: Play. Although appropriate for adults, traditional talk therapy can prove difficult for children and adolescents. By utilizing play therapy, I'm able to build a strong and safe therapeutic relationship, a cornerstone to change and healing.
