Starting therapy is a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel safe, validating, and genuinely supportive. I work with adults and older adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem challenges, and patterns of overthinking or self-criticism. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in CBT, DBT-informed skills, and trauma-informed care. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin—together we’ll take things at your pace and build insight, confidence, and emotional resilience.
