Life is challenging for all of us! Sometimes, spending some focused time with a psychotherapist and exploring your thoughts/feelings and coping mechanisms can help you not only better understand your "why am I doing that?" perspectives, but it may also help you consider a slightly different path. Through our work together, I work to build a non-judgemental authentic and real connection with you while we take this important journey. I am happy to offer both in person sessions in my Westwood office or online. I enjoy working with folks from the teenage years through adulthood. Whether you are seeking individual therapy for yourself, a family member or looking for couples work (including heterosexual, LGBTQA+ couples, traditional and non-traditional), I am happy to meet with you and see if we are a comfortable match.
