I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 30 years of experience as a coach, counselor, and therapist. I see people from New Jersey virtually, and in person in Rochester Minn. Effective therapy begins through a relationship in which one feels heard and understood. I listen well. From that foundation my aim as a therapist is to identify and understand ways in which you may be caught in unfulfilling ways of thinking and interacting , and then work together to uncover and develop strengths and skills to flexibly move toward a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
