Everyone needs a safe space to be able to talk about mental & emotional distress. Whether that disturbance comes from a relationship, a job, loss, or life in general, you deserve to live the best version of yourself. As your counselor, I will partner with you on that journey. I have extensive experience working with individuals through all walks of life. I specialize in trauma and am a DBT trained provider. Though trauma is my specialty, I welcome clients with a variety of concerns and problems. Creating a supportive and trusted relationship with clients is my priority.
