I help people to heal and grow. That can come in many forms. Perhaps it's learning to manage depression and anxiety. Maybe it's making sense of overwhelming or traumatic events. Perhaps it's learning to communicate better with partners, family, or friends. Maybe it's coming to terms with a chronic illness. I draw from a diverse background of therapeutic approaches - particularly contemporary psychodynamic, family systems, mindfulness, and post-modern approaches.
