I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California for 14 years. Over my career as a therapist, I have assisted a variety of clients from children to older adults. My clinical concentrations are trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stage of life transitions. I strive to create a non-judgmental and supportive space for a client to feel safe to explore and express their difficulties. From here, I assist my client in clarifying her/his current needs, what has been helping, what additional skills and supports are needed, and how to best approach making change.
