My firm conviction is that talking, in a paced and increasingly progressive way, is both the method and the cure for much of what contributes to our suffering and loss of vitality in life. To that end, my first and ongoing priority is to mindfully participate in the co-creation of an environment that fosters this conversation. Over time, I work to assist my clients in the process of illuminating, managing, and liberating from the patterns or internal constraints that have become obstacles to finding satisfaction on life's road.
