With over 30 years of experience, I have come to know that most people are good and can solve their problems. Working with my patients has been a privilege. Life is not always easy, and it takes courage to face problems. I believe we can change. Those who do, regardless of age, can be happier and self-fulfilled. My work with patients is grounded in the belief that people are doing the best they can when they come to therapy. I believe change comes in the context of relationships, and relationships are the heart of good psychotherapy.
