I believe that speaking honestly to a compassionate human listener can be healing. I’ve trained in relational psychodynamic, somatic (or body-based) therapies, group therapy, anti-oppressive practices, and the treatment of trauma. I also draw on extensive personal practice and study of Zen Buddhism. I currently see California based clients in-person or online and I see New York based clients online.
