Hello! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) I received my Master’s from Troy University. I have a passion for helping adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma become the best versions of themselves. I have 15 plus years of experience working in the mental health field and I’ve been a licensed therapist for 2 years. have worked with a variety of populations and mental health issues. In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and talk about the specific challenges you’re facing that bring you to therapy so that I can begin to develop a treatment plan for our future sessions.
