Let’s be real—life is messy. Sometimes you’re just trying to survive the day without losing it, snapping at your partner, or answering every text with “lol I’m fine” when you’re very much not fine. That’s where I come in. I work with individuals, families, and all kinds of relationships (the beautifully complicated ones, too) who are tired of pretending they’re okay when they’re silently drowning in people-pleasing, burnout, boundary-less chaos, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. Spoiler alert: that’s not sustainable. Also, it kind of sucks.
