Aloha! I'm currently accepting client's for individual therapy. I'm here to help with the stresses of island-living and military life on individuals, relationships and careers. I offer brief, practical, solution-based therapies to better cope with trauma, anxiety and sex-addiction. These feelings can stem from combat, sexual or infidelity traumas and make us feel powerless, angry and always on-edge. Getting past trauma and healing can transform our lives forever. My goal is to help my clients heal, live, laugh and love again by tailoring therapy to your unique needs and strengths. I have experience treating trauma and sexual trauma. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy; an evidenced-based, eye-movement therapy for trauma, the pain of infidelity and problem behaviors. Therapy is usually completed in less than 10 sessions and there's no need for you to tell and retell the specific details of the traumatic events if you choose not to.
