Hello, and welcome! To start, I want you to know I provide a no-fee 15 minute initial session for prospective clients, because I believe a good fit is essential to effective counseling. This first short meeting should allow you to determine whether that’s the case. I am a seasoned therapist who has been successful across more than three decades in supporting individuals, families, and groups to attain and maintain a strong sense of well-being.
