Maybe you’re a gay man feeling the exhaustion of dating and wanting something more real, or a business owner carrying the weight of success that never seems to feel like enough. I am licensed to provide treatment to people of all backgrounds in Pennsylvania and Colorado and proud to serve members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating Consensually Non-monogamous relationships. I specialize in helping my clients navigate identity, vulnerability, and ambition; all while staying true to themselves. My therapeutic approach is heavily influenced by Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I emphasize Harm Reduction when it comes to modifying substance use or other behaviors. I can also provide support for integrating plant medicines and other psychedelic-assisted treatments.
