Hello! I am Accepting New Clients. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults experiencing an eating disorder, poor body image, depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, peer and family challenges, boundary challenges, co-dependency, stress, and life transitions. I utilize multiple approaches in my work, such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, internal family systems, family therapy, art therapy, prompted journaling, psychoeducation, and mindfulness. I am a LGBTQIA ally. I have advanced training specifically in EMDR to treat Eating Disorders. I strive to provide my clients with a safe and supportive environment to process and achieve their goals. I have previous work experience in community mental health agencies, animal-assisted therapy, and outpatient mental health care.
