I understand that it has taken an incredible amount of courage to get to the point in seeking counseling for yourself and I am honored to be a part of it. I believe that through my personal challenges, paired with my work experience in helping other walk through their own challenges, this gives me a unique lens to be able to have an empathetic perspective, helping client’s handle life’s transitions and struggles with grace and confidence. Life isn’t always fair, and often times we don’t have control over the things that happen to us. However, I believe that we do have control in how we respond and react to those things. I work with individuals struggling with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder, cancer diagnosis’, grief, sexual abuse, infertility, and relationship issues. I use variety of treatment modalities to help my client’s such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused.
